This policy explains how AICyberBridge™ collects, uses, stores, and protects user data, including future Career Navigator data.
1. Data we collect
We collect information you submit voluntarily through interest forms, partnership requests, the Career Navigator preview, and account flows.
We may collect basic technical metadata (browser type, language, approximate region) for security and analytics.
2. Account and profile data
When you create an account, we store your email, display name, and any optional profile fields you provide. You may update or delete your profile at any time.
3. Career Navigator data
The future Career Navigator may collect career goals, skills interests, and learning preferences only after you opt in. This data will be used to personalize guidance for you.
4. Credential and certificate data
Certificates issued through the platform are linked to your account. Verification pages show only the information needed to validate the credential.
5. LinkedIn URL processing
If you choose to provide a LinkedIn URL, it is stored only to support guidance features you opt into. It is never sold or shared without your explicit consent.
6. Partner and university data
Partner organizations submit information through the partnership request form. This is used for verification, coordination, and ecosystem visibility.
7. Aggregated analytics
Partner analytics are aggregated by default. Reports show patterns and totals — never individually identifying information about a learner unless that learner has explicitly opted in.
8. AI-generated guidance
Some recommendations and skills narratives are generated using AI models. Output may contain errors and should be reviewed before being acted on.
9. Market signals disclaimer
Market signals presented in the Career Navigator are general guidance unless live data sources are explicitly connected later. They are not job-market guarantees.
10. Data sharing limitations
Individual user data is not shared with universities, training centers, sponsors, or partners unless you give explicit consent for that specific sharing.
11. Data retention
We keep data only as long as needed to provide services or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.
12. Data deletion requests
Submit a deletion request via the Data Requests page. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
13. Data export requests
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you via the Data Requests page.
